What to expect when dealing with Mill Spec Construction for your building and construction needs?

Initial contact can be made via phone or email. Please click here to provide us with your contact details and a brief description of your project, or alternatively click on the Contact Us page. If you are unable to reach us immediately, our aim is to contact you within 24 hours (or less) of receiving your email or voice message.
Upon our preliminary contact, we will briefly discuss your project requirements and organise a suitable time and day to meet with you at the location of your building project. During our appointment we will discuss your project in more depth and if required, also provide you with ideas on how to achieve the look, design or concept you are after.

This appointment is free of charge. There is also no charge to you for our time spent on providing you with a quotation for your building project.
On occasions, we may not need to meet with you (ex. engineering plans still need to be developed), however we will discuss this with you upon your initial enquiry.
If design and/or engineered plans are required for your project, we can assist. We work closely with a local Architect and an Engineer that continue to provide our Clients with affordable and professional plans in a timely manner.

Once we have obtained all the job information from you, we then start to gather our preliminary details from our sub-trades and material suppliers to meet the needs of your building project. Our aim is to send our quotation to you as quickly as possible.

After receiving all our supplier information, we then submit a written quotation to you, typically to your chosen email address. Our quotes are valid for 30 days and we welcome any queries you may have.

Upon the acceptance of our quotation, we also ask you to confirm as such in writing (ex. via email). We also discuss with you the project timeline, prepare our project paperwork and determine a nominated date to commence your job.

Some projects may be able to start immediately, whilst other jobs may have a longer lead time. The project commencement date is determined by the project materials (are materials readily available/does something need to be made prior to installation), our current projects already underway and your project requirements & preferred working periods.

We work closely with you during the entire process to ensure we meet the needs of the project. We pride ourselves on keeping you informed of the progress of your project and help answer any queries you may have along the way.
